Hotel Nowa Panorama

I had a reservation during a busy time due to city events and many visitors. Because of some miscommunication, our rooms were unavailable on the last day. However, the staff handled everything wonderfully! They found an alternative for us and organized a warm welcome, even arranging parking in the best possible way. I'm very happy to have met such a client-oriented team at Panorama. Whenever I visit Krakow again, I will always contact Panorama first. Best service ever!

The room was really clean and well furnished. The breakfast corner was lovely and you can have coffee there in the morning for cheap. Really friendly staff and free parking right in front of the hotel. We could see our car from the window. While the hotel is a bit far out of the city, the city centre is really accessible via tram. The station is less than 100m away from the hotel and the trams work at night also.

Lovely staff during check in and check out. They even offered to help with my bags. I didn't need it, but I really appreciated that they asked. Room was cosy and charming. Good water pressure in the shower and quiet neighborhood. Recommend.

Nice hotel! What I liked the most was that the room was really warm. There is also free parking on-site, which was very convenient for us since we arrived by car. The staff is nice and kind, so we enjoyed our stay big time!
